What is SELFISH?

SELFISH is a self-care company that provides customers with a curated boxes of beauty and wellness self-care essentials made by small businesses and minority led brands. With SELFISH, caring for yourself is effortless and empowering. Whether you’re short on time or have an hour to spare, SELFISH hopes to be your destination for self-care.

What products can I expect to see in my box?

You can expect to receive 4 full-sized items ranging from wellness to beauty. We choose products that are gender neutral and approachable. SELFISH carefully tests each product and ensures that they are made with non-toxic ingredients and with the planet in mind. We hope that each one of these products can be incorporated into your self-care routine!

We also encourage repurchasing these items from directly from our featured vendors’ websites if you really love them. 

What is your shipping & billing policy?

Billing occurs immediately once payment is processed. Orders usually ship within 3 days of order placement. Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays. We are a small but mighty team and greatly appreciate your support and patience while we work through your orders.

Who is the SELFISH Box for?

Anyone & everyone! We’ve found that our boxes make for great birthday gifts, thank you gifts, treat-yourself gifts, housewarming gifts, and everything in between!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We hope to begin shipping internationally soon.

What happens if one of my items arrives damaged?

We would be more than happy to replace an item if it happens to arrive damaged. In order for us to do so, you will need to take a photograph of your damaged item within 7 days of receiving it. The photograph should be sent to hi@selfishbox.co. Our customer service team will do their best to respond to inquiries and concerns within 48 hours.

What is your refund policy?

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, we are always open to feedback via our contact page or email, hi@selfishbox.co.
